If the item was categorized as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Gift Card in the amount of your returned gift, and once the return item is received, a Gift Certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not categorized as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out that you returned it.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returned product, shipping costs are not refundable. If you return an item, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
